HOW TO USE: Dip the tip of a Fine Eyeliner Brush. Wipe off any excess. Working quickly, apply liner in short, even strokes close to the lash line, from the inner to the outer eye corner. Make sure your lids are dry and oil free before applying for best results. Wait a few minutes to dry and VOILA!
HOW TO REMOVE: Use heavy oil, makeup wipe, or soap to wipe away. If you make a mistake applying the Eyeliner quickly wipe away before it dries.
NOTE: Tightly close Lid to keep from drying out. Do not expose to water. Wipe your eyeliner brush after every use to reduce contamination. (THIS PRODUCT DOES NOT INCLUDE BRUSH)
