SHIPPING & RETURN POLICY
SHIPPING: Please, allow 5-14 business days of processing time. Orders are made in small batches to ensure freshness and quality. We use USPS priority mail to deliver your packages which take an additional 3-14 business days after order is made.
RETURNS: Currently we do not offer returns on any of our products due to the fact of sanitary reasons. We cannot accept returns if your mailing address and name is incorrect when you order. Please check your name and address upon time of ordering. PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY if your product you ordered online is defective, incorrect or broken with your order number and picture of the product. You have 10 business days (not excluding holidays) at the time your online order is received to make a claim. If accepted you may choose from online store credit or a replacement.
(Attention: If you bought one of our product(s) from a third party seller i.e. in a boutique or store it is not our responsibility for any returns or claims. Once our products are distributed it is the responsibility of the seller, as each item is checked thoroughly upon delivering to the third party seller.)
